Its specialty is naturally smoked peppers Pimenton de la Vera, originating in Spain. The secret of its taste is lasting smoke in oak barrels for an intense flavour which you can’t find in any other pepper. Mustard seeds are the best companion of fatty meat dishes because they enable easier digestion of heavy foods and soften their harmful effects. On top of all we also added cinnamon to the taste, as it works perfectly with the spiciness.

Sweet and hot spices mixture with home-grown sweet peppers. The sweet and hot spice mixture is made of home-grown sweet pepper which is completely different from the pepper we buy in the store – much more sweet and fresh. Besides sweetness, it is also taken care of burning. With help of Slovenian chilli masters we succeeded. Many people think that food spiced with chilli causes stomach ulcers. In fact, the effect is exactly opposite. Food seasoned with chilli stimulates and protects gastric mucous. Chilli that we use for our spices is Slovenian and in quality belongs to the very top of the world.
