The secret of its taste is lasting smoke in oak barrels for an intense flavour which you can’t find in any other pepper. Mustard seeds are the best companion of fatty meat dishes because they enable easier digestion of heavy foods and soften their harmful effects. On top of all we also added cinnamon to the taste, as it works perfectly with the spiciness.

Recept: BBQ REBRCE
Postopek priprave je zelo enostaven, vendar dolgotrajen( čas priprave: 1,5h). Svinjska rebra naprej narežemo na kose. S tem dosežemo, da so rebra na koncu izjemno mehka. Narezana rebra najprej popečemo v ponvi na olivnem olju. Na vsaki strani 3 – 4 minute, da skorjica porjavi. Nato si pripravimo pekač, v katerem opravimo večino dela. Popečena rebra položimo v pekač in začnemo z dodajanjem sestavin.
Vrstni red ni pomemben, le da so sestavine na koncu dobro premešane. V pekač dodamo sveže narezane trakce ingverja( 1 strok) , začimbo Divji teksas ( polovica cele stekleničke ali okoli 25g), kis ( 0,5l) , worchestersko omako ( 75 mL), česen, čebulo, jušno osnovo, 1 veliko žlico gorčice in 3 velike žlice medu. Vse sestavine in rebra v pekaču enakomerno premešamo. Dobimo okusno tekočino v kateri se pečejo rebra. Rebra nato položimo v pečico in jih pečemo 30 minut na 180⁰ C na eni strani.
Po 30 minutah rebra obrnemo in jih pečemo še 30 minut. Po 1h v pečici , so najboljša bbq rebra pripravljena. Postrežemo jih s krompirjem, kruhom ali s prilogo po želji.
